Birthday in Amman III

The cake was delicious! After finishing I was met with a flurry of, "tell your mother thank you" and "please tell your mother jazakAllahu khair" (May God reward you for your kindness)*

*One explanation of this common phrase is as follows:

"It is understood that human beings can't repay one another enough. Hence, it is better to request Almighty God to reward the person who did a favor and to give him the best."
